Bad Customer Service - No Delivery
As per other reviews, received notification of dispatch 9 days ago, but DPD have not even been given the package. Customer Service just say it might take a few days to update, but thats nonsense. We all know how couriers work. I asked for a refund, customer service said they would need to cancel the delivery first (which is funny given they have not actually done anything other than print a label and apply it to nothing). That was 3 days ago. No other contact. No refund. Clearly they have no stock. So they should just say that on their site rather than spout made up delivery estimates. Id seriously consider not purchasing right now if you are reading this review pre-purchase. Maybe wait for them to get themselves sorted.
