After doing a bit of research online…
After doing a bit of research online and reading so many reviews, I’ve decided to choose Charlecote Estates for my Home Buyer’s Report. And I’m glad I did. James is very professional and organised the inspection within 2 days. The report was thorough and detailed and included photos as well, which most of the surveyors don’t add in the HB report. James also identified some important risks and advised me to address those before the exchange of contracts. Overall, very happy with the service and would highly recommend!
