Overseas landlord
I am a first time landlord living overseas and the thought of trusting someone to look after my property while I'm away was a very daunting prospect. I no longer have any worries! Gerry and Raf have been absolutely amazing. The attention to detail they have shown throughout is both impressive and reassuring. It is clear that they really care about looking after my property, and making sure both my tenants and I have the best possible experience. Despite navigating a very big time difference, they have kept me informed, given me clear options and honest advice, and been patient in answering all my questions. They have been a pleasure to deal with. Letting a property from the other side of the world could have been a total nightmare, and I can't quite put into words how much easier they have made my life over the past few months. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a property manager to speak to Hirsch - after talking to them yourself, you will understand why they have such great reviews.
