Took my order, didn't have stock
They took my order and my money, then waited a few days before letting me know they didn't have stock. They offered me the slightly cheaper less good model (which I didn't want). They did not offer any recompense for my time wasted. The refund took a long while to come in which further delayed me ordering from a different website. I do now finally have my bike - thanks to ebikes.
