I flew with Hainan from Belgrade to…
I flew with Hainan from Belgrade to Osaka via Beijing. My original flight was from Budapest, but it was cancelled by the airline. The airline cancelled the flight and it gave me couple of options to choose for flying. Regarding the flight experience everything went well, much better than low cost companies in Europe. The 4 stars are because the reimbursement process for accommodation was very slow and the customer support is unresponsive.
