Very disappointed with SCUF
I placed an order for a SCUF controller on July 13th, and it’s been stuck in customs since July 18th with no updates or help from SCUF. Meanwhile, I have no controller to play my games because my old one has a drift issue. I expected better communication and support from a premium brand. Instead, I’m left waiting indefinitely with no solution. Really disappointed in the experience so far. Order number S14311766
