eSky mis-selling flights with no refund - AVOID!
eSky.com sold me 2 tickets ($1,200) for a 2pm flight from Cancun to Havana (via MagnaCharters/APG), but when I arrived at the airport just after 12pm, we were told the flight boarding had already began at 12:10 as the flight was actually leaving at 1pm. Eight months on (and more than 20 emails and 30 plus calls later), I still did not get a refund just endless promises that the Complaints team are "still investigating." Despite polite promises to refund me, eSky plays a shell game: they just want me to delay me and avoid giving me my refund. There is no investigation or honest follow up. Once we paid the money, eSky never sent an official ticket or further flight information - just the advertised flight on its website. Even today the Cancun-Havana flight is shown as leaving at 2pm. Either eSky is fraudulent or totally useless and incompetent. Thanks for ruining my honeymoon! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
