E-commerce system in the dark ages

I had a $200 Order ship to wrong address. I called Michaels immediately (minutes after I hit submit) to correct. No service center open on Sunday evenings. I called first thing Monday morning to correct and the service center said they cannot stop the order and they could not correct the address. Then I had to call everyday for 5-6 days as the whole order needs to SHIP before anyone can help me. Final call with service center said they WILL NOT replace or refund because Michaels thinks I am a fraud. Do not order on line with Michaels. Their e-commerce is out dated. You’re better of with Amazon and others that have advanced processing systems.
