Not worth the money you save

Worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. I use it mostly for data. When my limited 100GB bundle ran out I purchased unlimited. However, I was not allowed to use the unlimited bundle until the monthly-period for my 100GB bundle ran out. When I contacted them and asked to start the 1 month unlimited bundle I paid for early they could not activate it. I was told I had to wait for support for a week but by then my bundle would have started already. The only other option they left me with was paying €3 per GB which would have costed my €30 euros. Another problem I faced was when I didn't have a bundle, I topped up with credit so that I can make a call however they don't let you call without having a bundle. That is another €10s wasted because you cannot use it for calling without a bundle. However, with a bundle you have unlimited calls so its completely pointless. I topped up a few days before my bundle ended and the payment went through. After my bundle has ended I found that I didn't get the bundle I paid for. Now I have spent the last hour trying to get it sorted because their customer service is awful. Save yourself the trouble. Its not worth the extra euros you save.
