SSE should take some pointers!
Following an ongoing dispute with SSE for almost 2 years we were referred to the EO for dispute resolution. The support of Graeme and Louise was exceptional. Our expectations were exceeded on all levels. From engagement with the above individuals to the simplicity of the technology platform our entire case was managed from. We cannot thank the team and the EO enough for their support. Made SSE look even more diabolical than they already were.
