Customer service
Customer service, as it relates to billing inquiries and service changes, is non-existent. The CSR will tell you what you want to hear, but they will not take action on your request. After three months of waiting, I finally had to turn in all of the "rental" equipment to get a service disconnect. It is sad that there is no other competition for them in my area, otherwise they would be out of business.
