Excellent Customer Service

What a fabulous first experience with Music Matter. This was a gift to a friend, and Julie deserves a special mention for her exceptional customer service skills in fulfilling the time-bound order. Although a required part wasn't in stock, Julie was on the manufacturer and provided frequent updates. Everything was delivered in time for the event, all because of her excellence.
