Where’s the specials

I would like to complain about the staff at Kangaroo flat. So specials advertised was Andrew Garrett sparkling Shiraz. I drove half an hour to buy this only to be told by 3 of the staff members we haven’t unpacked it yet, come back later. Last year was the same deal except a staff member who doesn’t seem to be there now went out the back and got me a case, there was a care factor shown. Seems to be a pattern of complacency creeping into the attitude of Kangaroo flat staff. Why aren’t all the advertised specials available...what’s the point of saying they are there.
