Really bad costumer service
Really bad costumer service. Out plane was delayed due to snow, which is fair enough, bur they gave us absolutely no information. The first announcement was made 3 hours after planned departure and after 2 gate changes that people randomly saw, and it was a guy yelling another gate change. During our waiting all of the cafes and restaurants at the airport closed, and since we had no information we could not go anywhere to get food, and Czech airlines offered nothing. We were also put on a boarding bus with 5 minutes notice, but taken off again and sent back to wait at the gate, still with no food or information and now about 6 hours delayed. We finally got on another boarding bus and the plane took off after de-icing, but arrived in the middle of the night at another closed airport, now with no transportation to take us home, and still no food. We wrote the airline a month an a half ago, but have not gotten a response yet. This is probably the worst level of service I have ever experienced.
