After signing up with Learning Online I am very confident and excited to get stuck into learning.
I have previously tried to do a coarse though another provider but the communication was poor and I never talked to the same person. Sadly I did not complete the coarse as I just felt really overwhelmed and Asia I was thrown into the deep end so I was hesitant to study online again. With Learning Online right from the word go I felt as if they genuinely wanted to help me get started and support me as much as possible throughout the signup process. Pretty much the day after my inquiry I received a call which I find to be much easier that trying to sort things out over email. Everyone who I talked to was super friendly and answered any questions I had and made me feel confident in the commencement of my coarse. After getting signed up I was even more delighted to hear that I would get a intro call from there customer service team to help me log in for the first time and take me through the platform so I was confident on how it all worked.
