Good results, but communication could improve

Mr. Smith ultimately got the job done for my contract dispute, but there were times when I felt left in the dark about the progress of my case. The final outcome was positive, and his legal expertise is solid. Just wish the office would return calls more promptly. Overall satisfied with the results.
