False advertising
False advertising! They claim that the tutoring is available anytime, but actually it is for limited hours of the day through Discord. When my daughter got stuck with the Physics questions, she posted her question and had to wait an hour for the tutor to get back to her. She admitted that she was confused as well and that she would look into it, but my daughter never got any response back. Also, my daughter's grades went down when she used Seneca as her prime study source. Moreover, as mentioned by some other users, some of the answers to the questions are incorrect, leading my daughter to have to ask for outside verification. Another problem is that, with Physics for example, if you get the question wrong, there is no explanation to teach you how to do it correctly. Seneca learning has a good concept, but the service and material just isn't up to what they advertise.
