I`m very unsatisfied.

I`m very unsatisfied. My account is under review and It take a lot of time to solve the problem and my fund are blocked. I had 1100 usd and now I have 500. I already lost 600 usd. Is a lot of money for me. Someone told me to trust in your wallet and I´m losing money due to your delay. Who gonna pay me my money? I had open 2 accounts because it took a long time to verify the account. I already said to delete one account and keep the other and nothing. Im very dissapointed. They will pay my money? When the sccounts are under review they must froze the money that we have.
