Horrible customer service! Before placing an order for some molds…
Before placing an order for some molds I chatted to confirm how many are in an order, tge listing was confusing. The chat agent said 10, I ordered 2, for a total of 20. I received 2! I called, spoke to a manager named James. He took the information, called me back, said it was a mistake and will send next day. I tokd him i needed them for Christmas and he promised I would have them before. I called 3 days before and someone named Eliza said she will call back, never did, but sent the proof of Zazadelivery for tge 2 items. So now, 2 days before Christmas still no molds, I called again, spoke to Eliza who sent me to another manager who was so rude. He said James is on vacation and tge order was wrong. He said I can return them, minus shipping cost. After arguing with him he said they will return the shipping. They are not reliable, they have no idea about the products they are selling, the information they provide (both over chat and phone) are not accurate. Will never use again and do not recommend!
