I had what I believe was a spot of cellulitis on my leg after a cut had healed on the outside, but it was red, warm, and angry feeling below the site where the scab had been. Within 10 minutes of applying the extra strength cream, all of the heat was gone. I reapplied it at night, and where the rash had been spreading from the site down towards my ankle...that had conmpletely cleared up by morning.
