Irwin Mitchell Solicitors have been working on a case for our son in relation to medical negligence from a birthing injury. They have been instrumental in getting the best possible result for him and to ensure he has his future needs taken care of. Alexandra who was the lead in the case was empathetic and understanding of his/our situation. Every case being unique in circumstance means you want your team to catch every detail of it and fully grasp the whole picture. Alexandra made sure they did this and on many occasions came out to our house to visit us and meet face to face when necessary. Alex along with Sarah and the team ensured all the relevant specialists were involved to fully assess our son's position and get a detailed understanding of his needs moving forward. If there were things we didn't understand they would explain them and ensure we had a full picture of what was being said and done.
