I called customer service to recharge my SIM card. I was annoyed about the senseless loop of trying to do this online and having Lyca send confirmation codes to my phone number that wasn’t working bc it wasn’t charged. Omar was the customer service person who was very patient with me and keenly able to calm my beast and walk me through the best solution for what I needed. Omar was incredibly patient, respectfully persistent and very resourceful. You don’t run into such efficient service very often, particularly with difficult customers like me. Omar managed to turn a very pissed customer ready to hung up into a very satisfied and grateful customer. People like him need to be training other customer service agents.
