My experience with the day 2 test to release was okay. The test arrived on day 2 morning. It was supposed to arrive day 1 but the delay was due to the Royal Mail as their tracking service wasn't updated even after delivery and remained on the message ' waiting for package from sender'. I sent the test by royal mail to the lab and it arrived the next morning. 48 hours later I had my result on the app, which was good over the Easter bank holiday weekend. I telephoned reception and spoke to friendly receptionists who try to be helpful. The day 8 test arrived on day 12 and this time I haven't been able to call the company. I wasn't too bothered as did test to release with another company.
