I am beyond frustrated with the administration at Arden University (Stratford). We are supposed to start classes next week today is Thursday there is still no timetable available. I have tried calling for 20 minutes every single day for the past three days—no one answers. I have sent multiple emails—no one replies. It is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. As a student with a family, children, and work commitments, I cannot just 'wait and see.' We need to plan our lives in advance. The lack of support and the complete silence from the staff is unacceptable. If you value your time and need an organized institution, look elsewhere. Extremely disappointed
