Very happy again with the service we received from Farah Karim yesterday with our initial enquiry and then this morning with the booking process. We contacted her direct because we know from past bookings made through Farah that her service is second to none and she has a very patient, polite and helpful manner. She remembered from our previous bookings that we have a couple of special requests so she even contacted the cruise company to make enquiries ref mobility aids before we mentioned it, so she had all the information ready when we spoke to today. Well done Farah and thank you Cruise First, we are looking forward to our two exciting cruises booked for later this year. We most definitely recommend using this company.
