One of the worst companies which its authorization must be revoked.
I ordered an eSIM two days ago (Saturday). I got an e-mail with QR code which I scanned it with my mobile to configure the new internet package of 120 GB monthly. The internet connection, if I can call it internet, used around 10 MB in the last two days without any connection. I called the numbers for people outside Sweden (I have a Danish tel. no.) which were at the bottom of the e-mail. The first one was out of order. The second one was out of working hours in the weekend. Today, Monday, I called the second number, and after waiting half an hour behind the line with an annoying repeating message about traveling and roaming every 30 seconds, finally one weak voice from another planet took the phone, and my guess was correct, an Indian with so much dialect that I hardy understood that bomboli bomboli language. I know that all these factors (no functioning number, no weekend hours, long waiting time, weak voice, cheap employees with a dialect etc.) are just for holding the callers away from contacting them regarding their poor "service". They just want your money. When the young female employee finally spoke louder and clearly after I got angry and told her I use my Danish number to call and there was no telephone included in the package I bought and the internet does not work, she told me: "Sorry sir, this is the Norwegian center you have called. You have to call back again in half an hour to the same number"!!! Oh my god, as if I am sitting at home and have the whole day for myself! I had already cancelled one meeting for this big problem, and I didn't want to wait half an hour again behind the line with no perspective for any solutions at all. My very first bad experience here in Sweden, and I will complain to the Swedish telecom authorities for this awful and disgusting freedom of operation. I am shocked, how they have got authorization to run this kind of company in the country. If TP could let feedback without any star, I would have chosen that, preferably have chosen another kind of icon which this company deserves. Now I have to find out how I can cancel my Google Pay automatic payment. Another headache! UPDATE 1: (29 Oct. 2024) - After company's reaction: The company's answer is misleading and deceptive for the reader: 1- The company has already got the reference number of the case through the Trust Pilot’s fill-in comment form. There, they could find my e-mail address. 2- There is no need to ask about my Lyca telephone number when I already have written above that I have not received any Lyca telephone number. The above points show how unprofessional, and fraudulent this company is. UPDATE 2 - 30 Oct. 2024 The company has posted the same QR code to my e-mail address again with one line of text in their e-mail which says, I must look to the attached file (QR-code). This was part of the info which I got in my order at the first instance. They are just waisting my time by reactions totally irrelevant to my enquiry. I will bring this case to the judicial authorities.
