Stay away from GloBird
GloBird's rates look good, but the reality is far from good. After switching to GloBird, I was surprised to see that my bills were generally higher, and sometimes a lot higher than with the previous provider, despite the GloBird's rates being lower. They always had a purported explanation for it, but it did not make much sense to me. Then, the real, even bigger problems started happening when, a few months ago I was charged a large "adjustment" amount, which was completely made up and unsubstantiated. GloBird does respond to emails, and I received many emails from them, so it is not the case of them ignoring you, but they simply blame the amount on the network provider and keep trying to justify it, without there being any proper justification for the amount. Some of the period that their "adjustment" amount refers to I was not even the country and there was no energy usage at all. When I asked for a direct contact with someone at the network provider, they refuse to provide me with such details and simply refer me to the network provider's website. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, I had no other option but to lodge a complaint with EWON.
