Good Experience and knowledge
We have 13 Freehold Directors and 5 Directors of the Management Company. When we first went through the enfranchisement process there were a lot of emails but Benn provided informed answers and dealt with the various different characters and agenda’s very well. I could not be happier with the level of communication and level of service as a whole. We have a Management Team which is in direct contact with Sebright, in the beginning they met quite frequently but much less now, probably once every 3 to 4 months currently depending on the availability of the team and when larger decisions or approvals are required. As I’ve had Sebright for over 5 years I’ve developed a trust and system where most of my communication is done via email. As mentioned most of the day to day running of things are done by Sebright unless there is an extraordinary expenditure which is above the agreed limit he’s required to seek approval.
