My husband David is dead and you addressed this message to him even though I have informed you of this (you sent condolences). I have sent a copy of my rates notice but was then told this wasn't good enough. I am a 90 year old lady and live alone and will be unable to take a photo of the metre .I was told that someone would come and read the metre at 7 Salt Clay Lane.
