Disappointed
Disappointed My elderly mother who isn’t that mobile went to Eastgate store, where she was offered no help, luckily I wasn’t far behind her. She needed help with sizing, and I also had to go to the counter to ask for a shoe horn. if I hadn’t been there she wouldn’t have managed to buy the shoes she did. A bit disappointed
