They are amazing from the get go. They didn't waste time with asking silly questions. They were polite and also all the staff especially Rachel was on top form. She is kind and considerate and knew what she was talking about. she helped me throughout. she answered my questions perfectly and did not waste any time giving me straight answers. Highly recommended.
