The delivery and approval is slow
The delivery and approval is slow. It's taken three days for my Mounjaro to be accepted (this isn't my first order) it's a continuation. I raised a ticket on Thursday explaining that I needed my next pen for today. Nothing, no response. The prescription finally got approved yesterday but has not been sent so it's looking like it will be Tuesday at the earliest which is not good enough as it's going to be three days late for my injection. They are quick enough to take the money and at £200 an injection pen it's not cheap.
