Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had! We booked our hotel with free cancellation within 48 hours. We canceled weeks in advance due to the COVID situation. It’s been 2 months and countless hours on the phone and I’m still unable to get a refund. Finally someone was able to give me a voucher ... but here is the kicker. You can’t use to voucher on certain hotels or discounted rooms. So the only way the use the voucher is to pay for full priced rooms and makes it more unaffordable than If you just take the discounted room. I’ve begged and pleaded with them on numerous occasions. I will never use this crooked site again!
