Customer Service wanting
KennCo needs more staff. Initial quote was competitive, but sorry now I gave them my business. No sign of cert three weeks after paying premium. Tried ringing but threw in towel after 45 min. No response to emails. Must do better. Update I have spent over 2 hous on hold over 5 separate occssions looking to speak to a representaive. The pbine was answered once but promptly hung up. Kennco have my premium fir over 5 weeks. I have on disc. Emails are not responded to.
