Worthless guarantee

I am not someone that normally complains, however my experience with Scrap Car Comparison was very negative, and I found them to be untrustworthy. Their guarantee for the purchase amount of my vehicle was worthless, as they did not honour this (despite me being 100% transparent about it's condition when they offered me a price). When I complained, their response was effectively to say take it or leave it. I would not recommend selling your vehicle through them.
