Lazy spa Hawaii

Bought my second lazy spa from buy it direct in February 2024 while it was on sale. I assembled the spa around April due to the weather and after a few weeks I noticed that the spa was losting air not alot and would defeat after a few weeks. I contacted lazy spa regarding this and was told to send this video, that photo etc etc. Then trying to load up the videos and photos was impossible due to there size. In the meantime was still able to use the hot tub because it wasn't losing much air. Finally yesterday after 18 months of phone calls, videos and photos I was told my leak was not covered by the warranty. The customer service from this company is terrible, the fault with the hot tub was there from day one. There customer service process is terrible my warranty is due to expire Feb 2026. It seems to be a delaying tactic to run out your warranty and they don't seem to think you can get a fault product. I previously had a lazy spa for 7 years and never had a problem, lazy spa customer service is shocking . Regards David
