“Not Professionals and Poor Financial Managers” The response from ICS to my review is not only disappointing but also highlights once again how poorly organized and customer-unfriendly this bank is. Instead of addressing my complaint, they attempt to shift the responsibility by claiming that I used the wrong platform. This is clearly another attempt to deflect from the real issues. The fact that, as a customer, I am being bounced between different ICS offices (Netherlands and Germany) clearly demonstrates the lack of communication and coordination within this bank. Rather than offering solutions, they place the burden back on the customer. This is unacceptable and a clear sign of this company’s lack of professionalism. I strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable bank to stay far away from ICS. Such treatment of customers is simply disrespectful, unprofessional, and lacks basic manners or ideas, to the point of ignorance.
