A Great Experiance with AA
I am Anna Elmen and I flew from Erie Pa. final destination Charleston SC with a short Lay over In Philadelphia PA on July 6 2017 I found myself at the wrong gate so I proceded walking fast to correct one and as I got there I tripped and fell. Two young people helped me up and one of your people at the gate checked on me while the other was on the phone. They said the doors were closed and I wld have to get a later flight. I was in tears wanting to get home. To my surprise the attendant called me and said that they opened the doors for me. As I entered the plane the Pilot was there to welc ome me on board and the stewardess gave me an aisle seat,,,,,,I was so impressed at the kindness of AA, When I travel back to PA I will make AA my first choice.
