Your operative Simon, gave notice of his arrival, turned up on time, was extremely smart, helpful and knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed and repaired both of our ovens, which both had separate faults. He was well stocked and had the required parts with him on the van. He fixed both ovens quickly and efficiently with no mess and or delay. In summary, we received an amazing service, by a clear professional. We would definitely recommend and re-use this service, which was well worth the fixed fee charged.
