In what is a difficult market at this time, Bob continued to provide assistance and support throughout the sale of my property, which at some points became arduous to say the least. He showed respect and empathy at all times, but above all his communication was flawless. He answered all of my phonecalls and emails, and when he was not available, he returned every single phonecall to me. This is sadly a rare, but inspiring quality in modern business communication. He dealt with all of my enquiries with openness and honesty, which is again a rare quality. I would recommend this agent to anyone for these reasons alone, and in spite of some difficulties with my sale, the experience was greatly improved by this individual.
