When I called unsure of which product was right for what I needed the advice I was given was supportive and had the clients best interests in mind. I could have easily been convinced to buy an upgraded item because we are naturally wanting the best for our loved one. However the advice that was given made me realise that if I treated them as if they were not going to get better then they may not. In my case it was about rehab not managing the inevitable.
