I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. If i could rate them a negative, i would. I made a booking on 14/12/2023 and paid fully for it; my package was meant to have been picked up on Monday 18/12/2023 and it wasn’t. I made calls to them and they would not answer but redirect you to send emails. I sent emails back and forth and waited till 7:30pm when they promised to be picked up on the 18th but wasn’t. They told me they are not responsible for the time UPS would pick up my parcel as they are just the brokers. Same thing happened the next day 19th and it wasn’t picked up again. I happened to speak to their customer support TERESA again via email and she was brutally unempathetic, unprofessional and rude about the whole loss they had cost me. These people are unreliable and have no sense of responsibility towards their customers. Shame on you!
