Based on other review bought a set as present. It was expensive comparing to alternative products and was bought as the present. Unfortunately wrong items were sent. Disappointing especially that person who received the present can’t use it now. For the price which one pays it is disappointing

Very professional, friendly, streamlined, understandable, and supportive service. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. All emails were answered on the same day, and all questions were answered promptly and professionally. In my opinion, one gets more than paid for the service.
