Astonishingly bad
Astonishingly bad, I cant login to the portal for over a month now (18th July>23rd Aug) it comes up with an error. I have emailed them about 6 times to try & fix the issue yet cannot get a reply. One of my emails simply says "Hi, Does anyone get back to emails here" Still no response whatsoever they just dont want to know! And to think the work is regarding my fathers estate after his death makes it that much worse. If you filter out the 1 star reviews you can see this is a consistant trend, there are 555x 1 star reviews just like this!
