Excellent Support | Just Mind Your Warranty Status
After an initially frustrating issue with a Pod cover that leaked after two years, and being told I was "out of warranty", Eight's excellent support eventually worked with me on a solution to make both sides happy. The product is top notch, I've grown so used to the amazing coolness it provides that I can't sleep without it. It's life changing. It's an expensive product, but it's expensive for a reason, it's of top quality. Word to the wise, make sure you stay on the auto-pilot plan with extended warranty so that you are covered for a replacement if something goes wrong, it's worth it.
