Unacceptable!!!!

Just found out that my points have expired and received no notifications from Porter on this and it's been only a week. I just lost 16K+ points and when I called to see if they can do something seeing how I need to book a flight for tomorrow AM, the agent told me the 'notification' is on their website!! This is completely unacceptable. I couldn't even speak to a supervisor, customer care is really really bad. What's the point of collecting points if you don't redeem them plus Porter uses these points to make money off of their clients, all businesses do. It's extremely disappointing
