This has been a horrible experience
This was a horrible experience. I ordered items in December. It has been well over a month. I received no updates on my order whatsoever. Eventually I received notification from my bank that the order was cancelled by Blumberg. Then about two weeks ago they recharged my account for the total cost. So, I assumed I would be receiving the item in the mail. Weeks have gone by and I have received nothing. So, I logged into my account to see the status of the items, the items are listed as shipped via UPS Ground. However, the tracking number provide is erroneous and is not recognized by UPS or any other shipping agencies. I have sent two emails over the past few days in regard to the order and have yet to get a response. I want to give Blumberg the benefit of the doubt, because mistakes can happen, but come on, its been over a month without communication or delivery and furthermore, I have associates who have experienced the same service. I can't see how this is a mistake. Where is my order? Please give me the items or refund the amount back to my account.
