Do not buy directly from Focusrite
Never received a response to multiple inquiries about a refurbished model I purchased that went dead within two weeks of getting it. They claim to have a full 3 year warranty on refurbished items, but what good is that if they won’t respond to my request for service or replacement. I do not recommend purchasing directly from Focusrite, stay away from that. Purchase from a distributor/retailer, never had a problem that way.
