I have never in my life written a negative review as I do understand from a business owners perspective that sometimes we do have bad days but I am forced to write a review because this is very bad! I didn't get my full deposit refund back, as I was expression myself to the lady she just cut me out and ask " do you want your refund or not?" which actually got me angry because I want my full refund so I asked "are you trying to shut me up" she said yes and gave me my last warning to answer her if I want my refund or not then she rudely hanged up on me.
