Appalling Service
Dear Sir/Madam, RE:- OFFICIAL COMPLAINT I have a holiday booked to the Maldives for 3rd November for 10 Days. I have spoken to the following four people: - 1 - Prashant - So many different figures and numbers provided and no correct amounts provided. 2 - Mark - I escalated the figures to Mark who assured me that the revised figures will be e-mailed but no e-mail. 3 - Alan - Spoke to Alan this morning who again assured me the revised Quote would be sent to me but again no e-mail. I called back to chase up and the call was ended after being threatened that if I did not make a payment within 24 hours, my booking would be cancelled. 4 - Zan - Spoke to escalate to a Director and again, Zac threatened to cancel my holiday and ended the call. I have not initiated any cancellation and it is not unreasonable for me to request an updated Quote with the right figure of £10,497.00. Deducting the £2000 already paid leaving a remaining balance of £8,497. I was also told that who ever I speak to will all say the same thing and that my booking will be cancelled. My brother in law has already paid £10k for his booking and mine was also another £10k. It is appalling that your representatives hang up the phone when asked for an updated quote. I would like this to be escalated to a Director to show how your agents treat customers. I would like this resolved with immediate effect as half of my family have already paid £10k and I have paid £2k. A copy of this e-will also be sent to your Directors as I am sure they are not aware of your staff behaviours.
